JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Proficient in understanding MEPF systems of real estate and construction companies.
  • Conduct research and analyze detailed data and information about the market to identify consumer needs and desires.
  • Develop and implement long-term development strategies for product portfolios.
  • Analyze competitors and propose appropriate promotional activities and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with customers and sales teams to expand product portfolios.
  • Calculate demand forecast for products.
  • Manage and monitor budgets.
  • Advise the Procurement Manager in planning procurement plans and supplying materials and resources for the company’s business operations.
  • Review, propose, and quickly, proactively, and effectively implement purchasing requests for production and business operations approved by the Procurement Manager.
  • Manage Suppliers according to company standards based on criteria such as capacity, products, delivery time, after-sales service, payment methods, and development potential.
  • Inspect the quality of goods and ensure timely delivery to support the company’s production and business activities.
  • Draft economic contracts with Suppliers.
  • Manage and control the entire process of receiving, coding, and handing over goods according to established procedures.
  • Establish and implement a goods management system following the Finance Department’s regulations and guidance from the Procurement Manager.
  • Prepare comprehensive and timely reports as per the company’s guidelines or as requested by superiors.
  • Foster a healthy, dynamic, responsible, and efficient supply environment that ensures the right quantity, quality, and timely delivery while considering cost savings to promote production and business operations.
  • Ensure economic and financial information security.
  • Capable of working independently.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the Procurement Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from College or University or higher
  • Minimum 5 years in purchasing and 2 years of equivalent experience (Preferably working in real estate companies, construction, F&B)
  • Honesty and information processing quickly
  • Good communication
  • Good English communication
  • Good for word, excel, powerpoint….
  • Planning skills, time arrangement, work: Good time management
  • Good under pressure
  • Confident and professional
