SALES OPERATION
1. Sales Process Management
Develop, implement, and manage standardized sales processes across the entire system.
Develop and implement sales standards, templates, guidelines, and supporting documents in alignment with contracts and company regulations.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance departments to control, standardize, and optimize transaction processes.
2. Customer Management & Services
Manage and enhance customer experience throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction scores; manage and handle strategic-level complaints to protect and strengthen brand reputation.
Manage the end-to-end customer service process, including sales transactions, SPA, handover, ownership certificates, and after-sales services.
3. Receivables Management
Monitor, control, and evaluate customer receivables for each project.
Proactively coordinate with the Finance – Accounting Department and the Sales Department in addressing and recovering overdue debts.
4. Team & Department Operations Management
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate the competencies of staff within the Sales Operations Department.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 2 years in a similar managerial role.
Strong understanding of real estate sales processes, SPA contracts, and relevant legal regulations.
Skilled in process management, data analysis, and performance optimization.
Strong leadership, communication, and professional problem-solving skills.
Good English skills for communication and reporting.
Detail-oriented, logical, system-driven, and able to work under high pressure.
