• Organize and manage the finance department structure, ensuring compliance with legal and accounting standards.
• Approve financial transactions within the assigned authority.
• Support evaluation and implementation of mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring when necessary.

B. Budget Management
• Guide and coordinate with departments in preparing annual and project-based budgets.
• Monitor and analyze budget execution, identify variances, highlight risks, and propose necessary adjustments.
• Ensure efficient, goal-oriented, and compliant use of the budget.

C. Cash Flow Management
• Develop and monitor short, medium, and long-term cash flow plans for the company and its projects.
• Oversee all payment and receipt activities, ensuring stable and reasonable cash flow.
• Optimize capital usage, manage cash flow risks, and support financial decision-making for executive leadership.
