Manage information on prices, products, and suppliers in the system. Update new prices on Smile monthly.
Update the Master data items list on a monthly basis.
Control and support the process of creating raw material codes and vendor codes.
Verify order status: timely delivery, correct products, and proposed quantities.
Monitor the receipt of goods and ensure the quality of the goods; handle arising issues such as damages, returns, shortages, and wrong items.
Monitor accounts payable process, and communicate with suppliers regarding late or overdue payments.
Draft and complete contract approval procedures (internal and with suppliers).
2. Procurement:
Receive procurement information from the Department and perform operations on the Smile Procurement system. Send daily purchase orders to suppliers.
Negotiate and agree on monthly prices. Present monthly price lists.
Search for substitute or new products. Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to agree on product specifications.
Monitor market conditions of goods, notify and coordinate with relevant departments on expected quantities.
Negotiate prices, delivery methods, and contract terms for new requirements.
Propose solutions to operational departments when issues arise regarding goods and delivery.
Conduct market runs when required (receiving goods, purchasing additional products as requested).
Handle issues arising during reconciliation of accounts payable with suppliers, support invoice income and related documents to complete payment files for the Accounting Department.
Address issues arising due to weather-related events and actual supply shortages.
Provide comprehensive and timely reports as per the company’s guidelines or as requested by the Procurement Manager.
Capable of working independently.
Perform other tasks as required by the Procurement Manager.

Graduated from College or University or higher
Minimum 5 years in purchasing and 2 years of equivalent experience (Preferably working in real estate companies, construction, F&B)
