I. Job Objective
The Legal Executive is responsible for handling legal procedures related to the company’s business operations, real estate projects, and internal processes. This position ensures compliance with legal regulations, transparency in operations, and provides legal and contractual support to other departments.
II. Job Responsibilities
1. Business Registration and Licensing:
– Handle procedures for business registration, investment licensing, construction permits, and other licenses related to real estate projects.
2. Drafting and Negotiating Contracts:
– Draft and negotiate contracts/agreements with suppliers/contractors for daily operations, particularly FIDIC contracts.
– Provide standard contract templates for relevant departments.
3. Real Estate Sales Contracts:
– Draft and issue deposit contracts, agreement contracts, sale and purchase agreements (SPAs), and related documents for real estate sales.
4. Legal Consultation and Contractual Support:
– Draft and provide advice on contractual issues and disputes.
– Offer daily legal consultation and support to other departments.
5. Internal Document Management:
– Prepare, draft, and manage internal operational documents, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
1. Experience:
– 2–3 years of experience, preferably in an in-house role (not necessarily in the real estate industry, but industries with similar characteristics are preferred).
2. Language Proficiency:
– IELTS score of 7.0 or above, with strong command particularly in professional tasks.
3. Soft Skills:
– Excellent communication skills.
– Strong teamwork abilities.
– Ability to work independently and handle assigned tasks effectively.
