VCRE makes its mark with a “hat-trick” of wins at the 2026 Asia Pacific Property Awards.

VCRE has secured victories across three major award categories with its projects Nobu Danang and The Westique Residences, further reinforcing the company’s position within the region’s luxury real estate segment.

During the announcement ceremony of the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2026 (APPA 2026), held on May 6–7, 2026, Viet Capital Real Estate (VCRE) was honored with the “Best Branded Residences” award for the Nobu Danang project. Meanwhile, The Westique Residences achieved outstanding recognition in two additional categories: “Residential High Rise Architecture” and “Residential High Rise Development”. Notably, Nobu Danang has also advanced to the international round for the “Best Branded Residences” category at the International Property Awards 2026.

This milestone continues VCRE’s growing portfolio of prestigious domestic and international accolades for its developments, including “Best New Hotel Construction” and “Best Hotel Architecture Vietnam” at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2025, as well as “Best Iconic Branded Residence of The Year 2025” at the Robb Report Best of the Best 2025.

Committed to its vision of becoming Vietnam’s leading boutique real estate developer through strategic spatial and design solutions, Viet Capital Real Estate has further strengthened its reputation by partnering with Nobu Hospitality – a globally recognized lifestyle icon – to introduce two landmark projects: Nobu Danang and Nobu Saigon.

Among them, Nobu Danang marks the first Nobu-branded residential project in Southeast Asia, located in Danang – Vietnam’s premier tourism and luxury lifestyle destination. The project occupies a prime position at the intersection of Vo Nguyen Giap and Vo Van Kiet boulevards, an area envisioned as a future architectural landmark along the city’s coastline. This strategic location directly connects My Khe Beach with the city’s future financial district while offering expansive ocean views.

The project’s principal architectural design is led by David Malott, whose concept draws inspiration from the Sensu folding fan – an iconic symbol of Japanese culture. Each residence is finished to premium standards, with careful attention to materials, fixtures, and craftsmanship, reflecting the positioning of a world-class branded residence development.

Nobu Danang, the first Nobu-branded residence project in Southeast Asia, continues to reinforce its international standing through a series of prestigious awards achieved throughout 2025.

Through this development model, Nobu Danang aims to deliver a living and hospitality experience aligned with international service standards, while also creating long-term lifestyle and investment value for buyers seeking branded residences. The project further embodies the brand philosophy of seamlessly integrating culinary excellence, hospitality, and elevated living spaces.

Meanwhile, in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Capital Real Estate is also preparing to introduce The Westique – a new-generation boutique residential development featuring a limited collection of only 95 residences. The project is strategically located along bustling Kinh Duong Vuong Boulevard, adjacent to Mien Tay Bus Station and two future metro stations, offering a rare urban positioning within the city.

Even during its development phase, The Westique Residences was recognized in the “Residential High Rise Architecture” category at the International Property Awards 2025.

According to a representative from Viet Capital Real Estate, these landmark projects in prime locations with international stature have successfully realized the company’s vision of creating iconic living spaces and defining elevated lifestyle standards. The awards further validate the company’s leading position within the luxury real estate segment as it continues expanding both its portfolio and target markets.

The International Property Awards is one of the world’s most prestigious real estate award programs, spanning regions from Asia Pacific to Europe and the Americas. Winners from each region advance to the international finals to compete for the title of “World’s Best.” The awards are judged by a panel of more than 100 leading industry experts, with rigorous evaluation criteria covering design, construction, and marketing strategy to ensure both depth and objectivity.
